About the Role
As a Tunnelling Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in the region.
Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at major contractors and developers.
- Provide technical advice and support to clients and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the regional sales team to prepare sales quotations and develop marketing materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in sales or business development in the tunnelling industry.
- Excellent understanding of market conditions, competitor activity, and client needs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English languages.
