About the Role

As a Tunnelling Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at major contractors and developers.
  • Provide technical advice and support to clients and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the regional sales team to prepare sales quotations and develop marketing materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in sales or business development in the tunnelling industry.
  • Excellent understanding of market conditions, competitor activity, and client needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English languages.
