We are seeking a skilled Global HRIS & People Analytics Specialist to join our team at Svea Solar Sweden. As a key member of our Global People Growth team, you will play a critical role in shaping and maintaining our HR system landscape.

The Role

As an HR/HRIS Specialist, you will be responsible for building, developing, and maintaining our HR information systems (HRIS) including Sympa, LMS, and pulse engagement system. You will work closely with HR teams across all markets, optimizing HR processes, supporting reporting, functionalities, and more.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving development and maintenance of our HRIS, combined with system ownership of other HR-related systems.
  • Identifying improvement areas in current processes and functionalities.
  • Acting as our HRIS superuser, providing trainings and support to team members, managers, and employees.
  • Responsible for HR analytics, including reports of standardized key HR metrics and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure HR data meets business needs.
  • Ensuring the security and accuracy of HR data (GDPR, access management) and approval flows, data controls, process compliance, etc.
  • Workforce Planning and FTE Tracking.
  • Implementation of a new salary and time & attendance system, including integration with current systems.
  • Performance Management and Succession Planning from a system perspective.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience working with HR systems, preferably with Sympa.
  • Work experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-growing company.
  • Strong skills in Excel and Power BI.
  • Basic knowledge of integrations and simple programming is a strong plus.
