The ideal candidate for the Partner Account Manager position is driven and ambitious, with a desire to excel in the payment sector.

This individual will possess a strong background in strategic sales, exceptional relationship-building capabilities, and a competitive spirit. We seek a proactive self-starter with negotiation expertise, someone who aims to establish a history of success and inspire others to do the same. In this capacity, you will spearhead partner sales within our Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) segment in Sweden, reporting directly to the Head of Partner Sales for the region.

You will be surrounded by a dedicated and hardworking team in the Nordic sales division, along with supportive colleagues from various departments – we are confident you will enjoy collaborating with them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage our partner portfolio to drive sales performance and growth
  • Develop strategic partner plans, including appealing marketing initiatives and collaborative activities with our partners
  • Identify and onboard new partners – present our offerings, sign agreements, and facilitate their integration
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and other business units to meet organizational goals
  • Ensure the comprehensive execution of business initiatives and enhance partner satisfaction
  • Adhere to established sales processes, document activities, and maintain accurate reporting
  • Create a structured work plan to outline necessary activities for achieving results

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Over 5 years of experience in Partner Account Management or Key Account Management
  • Familiarity with established partner programs
  • Proficiency in both Norwegian and English is essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Previous experience in the Finance, IT, or Telecom sectors is advantageous
  • Experience within a large matrix organization is also beneficial
