Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive growth through innovative strategies and product development. This role is crucial in accelerating Safello's growth trajectory and achieving key business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Growth Team: Oversee and mentor professionals in growth marketing, analytics, partnerships, and product innovation.
  • Develop and Implement Growth Strategies: Craft data-driven strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with the product team to identify and prioritize features that enhance user experience and drive growth.
  • Manage Key Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with payment providers, affiliates, and strategic collaborators.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Identify new business opportunities, optimize monetization strategies, and expand Safello's market presence.
  • Oversee Analytics and Performance Tracking: Develop and monitor KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
About You:
  • You hold a university degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.
  • With 10+ years of experience in growth-focused roles, preferably in tech or fintech, you have a proven track record of scaling businesses within the financial or technology sectors.
  • Your expertise lies in project management, and prior experience in working in the crypto industry is highly valued.
  • You possess excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, and your data-driven mindset allows you to analyze metrics and derive actionable insights.
