About the Role

Our Customer Advisors are the heroes of Northmill. It's thanks to their expertise that we have the highest Trustpilot rating (4.7) and their insights that enable us to develop user-friendly services for our customers.

In this role, you'll work together with our team to grow and develop as a service professional. You'll learn about financial services and help our customers achieve a better personal financial situation. This is Northmill's vision.

As a Customer Advisor, you'll assist our customers via phone, email, and chat. Examples of tasks you'll handle include opening a savings account, taking out a loan, or reducing the interest rate on existing loans and credits. Your focus will always be on providing the best possible service to our customers.

About You

To succeed in this role, we believe you're a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and strives to deliver world-class service. You're also a flexible and curious individual with a strong drive and perseverance. Additionally, you're fluent in Swedish and have good knowledge of English.
