As a Host Family Recruiter at EF Education First, you will play a crucial role in identifying and recruiting host families for our international students. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to recruit host families, including cold calling and attending recruitment events.
- Build relationships with potential host families, assessing their suitability and conducting home visits to ensure a great match for our students.
- Maintain accurate records of host family inquiries and updates, ensuring our database is up-to-date and efficient.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support administrative functions and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Requirements:
