As a Principal Solutions Consultant at OpenText, you will play a key role in driving customer communications management and digital experience for our clients. With a focus on the Nordics region, you will work closely with account executives to identify and develop revenue opportunities within the OpenText DX customer and prospect base.

Your primary responsibility will be to analyze complex customer requirements and provide a compelling value proposition that leverages one or more solutions from the OpenText DX portfolio. This may involve building customized demonstrations of OpenText DX products and solutions, as well as delivering technology and business-level presentations to technical, business, and management-level audiences.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a solid understanding of customer communications management technologies, including Exstream, Streamserve, Quadient, SmartComms, and Scriptura. Additionally, you should have a working knowledge of cloud computing strategies, business models, and issues. Experience in a solution/value-based selling environment is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored presentations and demonstrations to both business and technical audiences
  • Leverage different presentation techniques, such as whiteboard, PPT, and storytelling
  • Create need by utilizing experience from case studies, ROI studies, and other assets
  • Proactively engage in continuous self-learning, both deeper into single technology and across other technologies
  • Take full responsibility for customer-focused activities, seeking input from various parties involved, and adequately managing multiple engagements to ensure all deadlines are met and customers are serviced on time
  • Understand solutions in the OpenText DX portfolio at a high level and be able to articulate and present the bigger picture
