About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HCM Solutions Consultant to join our team at CatalystOne Solutions. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering complex HCM (Human Capital Management) platform projects to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead or participate in the implementation of HCM projects, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and within budget.
  • Customer Partnership: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and visions, and providing expert guidance to support their business goals.
  • Business Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize business processes to maximize the value of our HCM platform for clients.
  • System Configuration and Data Migration: Configure and implement the HCM system, ensuring seamless data migration and minimal disruption to clients' operations.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients on the use of our HCM platform, ensuring they achieve maximum benefit from the solution.
  • Methodology and Material Development: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our implementation methodology and materials, ensuring they remain relevant and effective.
  • Product Feedback: Gather and provide feedback on product requests from clients to our Product Management team.
Requirements
  • Experience: Several years of experience in implementing business-critical applications, preferably in the HCM or ERP space.
  • Consulting Skills: Strong consulting skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Excellent business acumen, with a deep understanding of HR and business processes.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in a Scandinavian language and English.
