Job Summary

As a Customer Engagement Specialist at HVD Group, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial plans to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth in the Swedish market. This role combines analytical skills with hands-on execution to ensure seamless interactions across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Retention Marketing Programs: Develop and execute retention marketing programs to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  2. Customer Communications: Manage and produce regular customer communications about new features, product enhancements, and upsell opportunities.
  3. Retention Metrics: Analyze retention metrics and initiate action plans where necessary based on data-driven insights.
  4. Content Creation: Develop content throughout the customer journey to ensure a consistent brand voice and message.
  5. Upsell Opportunities: Ensure effective communication of product updates and upsell opportunities across relevant channels.
  6. Customer Advocacy: Develop strategies to identify and nurture customer advocates, encouraging testimonials, case studies, and referrals.
  7. Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with sales teams to identify key accounts for deeper engagement and support.
Qualifications
  1. Experience: Proven experience in customer marketing, with a focus on retention and loyalty.
  2. Skills: Strong analytical and project management skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  4. Language: Fluency in Swedish and strong English proficiency.
