Product Lead for Acquisition Automation

We are seeking a seasoned Product Lead to spearhead our Acquisition Automation efforts. As a key member of our Acquisition & Onboarding team, you will be responsible for setting the vision and strategy for our user-acquisition automation & measurement initiatives.
Working closely with our cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, data analysts, and marketers, you will lead multiple projects to improve and expand our existing acquisition automation tools, as well as maintain and enhance our ability to attribute & measure user acquisition.
This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our business, with a focus on driving growth and revenue through data-driven product decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for acquisition automation, aligned with our business goals and objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new features and tools to enhance user acquisition and measurement.
- Collaborate with data analysts and scientists to develop and implement data-driven product decisions.
- Partner with marketing teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive user acquisition and retention.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and tools.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in product management, with a focus on data-driven product decisions.
- Strong understanding of marketing technology, including user acquisition, marketing automation, and measurement setups.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop insights to inform product decisions.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
