Product Lead for Acquisition Automation

We are seeking a seasoned Product Lead to spearhead our Acquisition Automation efforts. As a key member of our Acquisition & Onboarding team, you will be responsible for setting the vision and strategy for our user-acquisition automation & measurement initiatives.
As a Product Lead, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, data, and marketing, to drive impactful projects and partnerships. Your primary focus will be on improving and expanding our existing acquisition automation tools, as well as maintaining and enhancing our ability to attribute & measure user acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for user-acquisition automation & measurement.
- Lead multiple projects and partner with business and operations stakeholders to drive results.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, data, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Maintain and enhance our ability to attribute & measure user acquisition.
Requirements:
- Experience in marketing technology, including user acquisition, marketing automation, and measurement setups.
- Previous experience in product management, preferably in data-driven products.
- A strong mix of data analysis skills, engineering understanding, design sensitivity, and business acumen.
- Previous experience from data science/machine learning projects is a plus.
- Ability to partner with the marketing team on marketing efforts and manage internal stakeholders.

This role can be based in one of our tech hubs in Helsinki, Berlin, or Stockholm, or you can work remotely anywhere in Finland, Sweden, Germany, Denmark, and Estonia.
