Role Overview:

In this position, you will operate within a dynamic international environment in our Commercial Lines division across EMEA. Your primary responsibility will be to support underwriting teams by providing high-quality customer service, managing operational functions, and coordinating with various teams, allowing underwriters to concentrate on their core tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a portfolio of Domestic and Multinational accounts, performing account administration and implementing Multinational programs. Collaborate with underwriters to provide underwriting, regulatory, and compliance information, as well as prepare instructions for processing new business, renewals, endorsements, invoices, and documentation.
  • Act as a key contact for internal colleagues, working closely with Segment leaders, Line Managers, Underwriters, and Service centers to ensure client service standards are met and to resolve any customer-related issues.
  • Serve as a point of contact for Broker administration inquiries regarding local market practices, our service offerings, and regulatory/tax questions, while also facilitating the resolution of credit control queries.
  • Assist with ongoing projects aimed at improving Line or Operations, leveraging your expertise to identify opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Proactively seek ways to enhance the customer experience and address ad hoc requests related to your role.

Experience Required:

  • Experience in servicing multinational insurance programs or master policies, with an understanding of premium allocation and policy issuance.
  • Minimum of two lines of business experience in the insurance sector.
  • Client-facing experience in the insurance industry, including participation in client meetings and presentations.
  • Familiarity with underwriting and reinsurance processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications:

  • Insurance Certification.
  • University Degree.

Language Proficiency:

  • Fluency in the local language.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Knowledge of an additional foreign language is advantageous.
