About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at ABB Schweiz AG. As a key member of the Supply Chain Management team, you will play a crucial role in supporting projects during the tendering and execution phases.

Your primary responsibilities will include finding the best suppliers, solutions, and conditions to win and execute projects. You will also represent Supply Chain Management in Sales and Delivery projects in various process industry segments.

Key Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and experience about complex industry projects.
  • Experience from interacting and negotiating with suppliers.
  • Good understanding of contract negotiations, risk management, as well as commercial and legal terms.
  • Strong communication and networking skills.
  • Project management skills is an advantage.
  • Knowledge in the areas of automation, electrification, and digitalization is a merit.
  • Technical interest and ability to solve problems independently.
  • Business acumen.
  • You are a team player, driven and self-going, structured and have a result-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English is a requirement.
