We are looking for two engaged and driven individuals to lead, coordinate and develop Boliden's tool for actuals, forecasting and budgeting analytics. Who you will work with:
You will work with a small but highly competent team that values collaboration and innovation. Together with finance departments, operating units and other stakeholders, you will identify and understand their needs to create long-term solutions. We believe in working together to achieve our goals and supporting each other in our roles.
What you will do:
- Lead the development, governance, support, and collaboration around the budgeting and forecasting tool.
- Understand and identify requirements and needs from finance departments within Boliden Mines business area and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with consultants and internal IT to formulate and translate requirements and needs.
- Coordinate and disseminate knowledge within the system.
- Set the agenda and plan through continuous contact with business users and finance teams through meetings and workshops.
- Contribute to the business units data and analytics strategy and ensure cross-functional collaboration.
What you bring:
To succeed in this role, you should be an open, communicative, and pedagogical individual with the ability to proactively drive and coordinate initiatives forward in an attentive and supportive manner. You need a strong motivation for system and process improvements, problem-solving, and working with data.
We are looking for someone with:
- An academic education in finance/accounting/economics and/or IT or equivalent knowledge.
- An innovative drive towards data and improvements.
- Good proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Added merit would be:
- Proficiency or experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Knowledge in other business intelligence or finance tools.
- Project management skills or certifications.
