The successful candidate will design and implement comprehensive leadership development strategies that align with our business objectives. This involves developing and evolving leadership expectations, creating end-to-end leadership development programs, and advising on successor development. Additionally, this role entails owning our coaching approach and stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment with our executive and leadership development strategy.

About the Job

This role requires a strong track record in developing executives and leaders at all levels, experience working in complex, matrixed, global organizations, and ability to consult and influence across multiple stakeholders. A deep understanding of leadership practice, strategic business acumen, and strong facilitation and coaching skills are also essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to drive results, lead cross-functional teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

- Develop and evolve leadership expectations and approaches from first-line to senior executives, reflecting Ericsson's culture and ambitions.
- Design and deliver end-to-end leadership development programs, including development programs, coaching, assessments, and experiences that support leadership transitions and succession pipeline development.
- Work closely with our succession planning team to advise on, define, and design interventions that prepare future leaders and executives for critical roles.
- Own our coaching approach and provision, ensuring it aligns with our end-to-end leadership development strategy.
- Engage with stakeholders, including our executive team, strategists, and people leaders, to respond to current and future business needs.
