Project OverviewThis research project aims to unravel the complexities of breast cancer by combining spatial transcriptomics, epigenomics, single-cell sequencing, clinical data, and genome sequences. The PhD student will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge high-throughput sequencing data and bioinformatics tools.
