Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Head of Brand to join our team. As the Head of Brand, you will be responsible for developing and executing the brand strategy to elevate Happy Mammoth's presence across all markets, enhance brand equity, and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Create and implement internal and external brand storytelling
  • Develop and communicate our company vision and mission
  • Translate brand elements into regional marketing strategies
  • Lead and mentor a team of brand and marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation
  • Establish performance metrics, cost parameters, and sales estimates
  • Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and KPIs
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors' activities
  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
  • Monitor consumer reactions and feedback
  • Develop innovative growth strategies
  • Align the company around the brand's direction, choices, and tactics
  • Contribute to product naming and development
  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies for non-digital channels
