About the Role

We are seeking a talented Product Developer to join our team at H&M Group. As a Product Developer, you will play a key role in the development of our products, working closely with designers, pattern makers, and planners to create high-quality products that meet our customers' needs.

Your main responsibility will be to support the Product Developer in developing our products for our customers. You will be an important link between Designers, Pattern Makers, and Planners throughout the entire process, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

You will have the opportunity to be part of our daily operational tasks, such as sample handling, as well as be involved in setting long-term goals for the team. You will work as a project manager in a fast-paced environment where no day is the same.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Product Developer in developing our products for our customers
  • Work closely with designers, pattern makers, and planners to create high-quality products
  • Ensure that all products meet our quality and safety standards
  • Participate in the development of long-term goals for the team
  • Manage daily operational tasks, such as sample handling
Requirements
  • Preferably minimum one year of experience from product development/buying
  • Education within Textiles/Buying/Product Development
  • Result-oriented and a business growth mindset
  • Have passion for fashion and products with a good sense of trends
  • Having a structured way of working and good at taking initiatives
  • A strong team player with great communication skills
  • A prestigeless doer
  • Curious to learn more and have a growth mindset
