Job Description

We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Community Development Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our community team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing community programs, events, and initiatives that foster connections among residents.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • New Resident Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process, ensuring that all new residents receive a warm welcome and are connected with their fellow community members.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and execute large-scale events, taking ownership of logistics, purchases, setup, and execution. Collaborate with our community builders to create engaging experiences for our residents.
  • Location Activation: Work closely with our site teams to activate interest groups, initiate new community rituals, and gather feedback to improve our community programming.

You will also manage our volunteering program, building relationships with volunteers, monitoring their performance, and providing coaching and training as needed.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need exceptional social skills, a proactive mindset, and a strong work ethic. You should have experience in event planning, community development, or a related field. Additionally, you must be able to excel in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining effective communication with your colleagues and residents.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately 55,000 EUR per year, commensurate with experience. This role also comes with a comprehensive benefits package, including 30 days of vacation and fitness allowance, access to premium amenities, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
