About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Climate and Renewable Energy category as Group Senior Category Manager. This is a key position within our organization, responsible for executing the strategy within the category across the Solar Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the category assortment strategy, ensuring profitable growth and market leadership.
  • Lead a team of 8 highly skilled employees, covering Category Management and Product Management disciplines.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and product lifecycle to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to achieve business objectives efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain supplier agreements, pricing strategies, and digital customer experiences.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Market Managers and Sales, to define and implement market initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership experience, combined with a deep understanding of business acumen.
  • Technical knowledge of Photovoltaic (PV) Systems or Heatpump markets, with experience in negotiations.
  • Proven track record of working within international and cross-functional teams.
  • Business Management or Engineering background, with analytical skills and a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent English skills, with a B+-level proficiency.
