At TN Sweden, we are looking for skilled professionals to join our team as ServiceNow Developers Experts.

We modernize our customers' IT landscape to drive efficiency, agility, and innovation. Our focus area is ServiceNow, a leading IT Service Management platform.

The role of the ServiceNow Developers Expert involves implementing ServiceNow modules ITSM in on-premise environments, contributing to projects ranging from simple to complex, and analyzing production issues.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Implementing ServiceNow modules ITSM in client-facing roles.
  2. Able to implement integration using REST API or any other standard integration platforms available.
  3. Contribute as a ServiceNow developer in projects.
  4. Analyze and resolve production issues around implemented solutions based on ServiceNow.
  5. Handle code migration from development to test to production instances of ServiceNow.
  6. Support end-users with queries around ServiceNow-based implemented solutions.

We expect you to have:

  1. Certified ServiceNow Administrator with preferably ITSM Implementation Specialist.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow developer/support role.
  3. Strong technical knowledge about ServiceNow ITSM module.
  4. Proven track record working in ServiceNow platform as a technical consultant.
  5. Analyze and improve current implementation and solutions. Able to explain and present new ideas and solutions.
  6. Able to communicate well in English and Swedish.
