ServiceNow is one of the leading IT Service Management platforms and a focus area for Tietoevry in the Nordic market.

We are now looking for Swedish speaking ServiceNow Implementation Specialists/Developers to implement ServiceNow in client facing roles.

Key responsibilities involved:

1. Implement ServiceNow modules ITSM for our customers in on-premise environment.
2. Able to implement integration using REST API or any other standard integration platforms available.
3. Contribute as ServiceNow developer in projects ranging from simple to complex.
4. Analyze and resolve production issues around implemented solution based on ServiceNow.
5. Handle code migration from development to test to production instances of ServiceNow.
6. Support end users with queries around ServiceNow based implemented solution.

We expect you to have:

1. Certified ServiceNow Administrator with preferably ITSM Implementation Specialist.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow developer/support role.
3. Strong technical knowledge about ServiceNow ITSM module.
4. Proven track record working in ServiceNow platform as technical consultant.
5. Analyze and improve current implementation and solutions. Able to explain and present new ideas and solutions.
6. Able to communicate well in Swedish and English.
