We are now looking for a ServiceNow Architect / Senior ServiceNow Consultant to plan, design, solution, and deliver ServiceNow implementations in client-facing roles.

When joining Tietoevry Tech Services as a ServiceNow architect, you will:

• Build and deliver Tietoevry's ServiceNow implementation at customer sites in the Nordic markets while ensuring customer satisfaction and acting as the central point of contact for implementation work
• Advise senior client leadership on IT and non-IT service management challenges and develop technical solutions that align with their strategy and goals
• Oversee the delivery roadmap, provide accurate estimates and timelines, and maintain solution integrity throughout the process, including managing scope, change requests, and reviewing technical design specifications
• Collaborate with Tietoevry's vendors and delivery partners to ensure timely and high-quality solution delivery
• Communicate effectively with both business and technical partners, and stay updated on industry trends, new ServiceNow features, and third-party solutions to identify opportunities and impacts

We believe you to have:

• Strong knowledge and expertise of ServiceNow ITSM with good understanding of CSM and HR
• Good knowledge about ServiceNow On-Premise implementation
• Ability to create client-specific solutions leveraging industry best practices
• Working knowledge of architectural frameworks such as TOGAF
• Excellent knowledge of various common integration solutions
• Ability to communicate effectively articulating technical decisions to business and technical partners
• Fluency in Swedish and English language
