Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned professional to oversee the operational management of one of our flagship products, driving business growth and profitability.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the profit and loss statement for the assigned product, focusing on revenue growth and cost optimization.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business results, leveraging data analysis and market trends.
  3. Lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with commercial and product teams to achieve business objectives.
  4. Manage budgets, forecasting, and expenses to meet financial targets, identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
  5. Set clear success metrics and objectives aligned with overall company goals, ensuring accountability and operational alignment.
  6. Track progress against objectives, adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.
  7. Monitor performance closely, identify variances and issues proactively, and discuss corrective actions.
  8. Drive initiatives and projects to increase revenue and improve profitability, leveraging data insights and market trends.
  9. Measure and report on initiative success, highlighting revenue and profitability improvements.
  10. Provide regular insights and reports to stakeholders as requested, stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis.
  11. Collaborate with other P&L owners and peers to establish synergies and exchange insights.
  12. Participate in cross-team projects for revenue/cost optimization.
