Affiliate Marketing Lead

We are looking for a seasoned professional to oversee the operational management of one of our flagship products, driving business growth and profitability.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the profit and loss statement for the assigned product, focusing on revenue growth and cost optimization.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business results, leveraging data analysis and market trends.
- Lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with commercial and product teams to achieve business objectives.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and expenses to meet financial targets, identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Set clear success metrics and objectives aligned with overall company goals, ensuring accountability and operational alignment.
- Track progress against objectives, adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.
- Monitor performance closely, identify variances and issues proactively, and discuss corrective actions.
- Drive initiatives and projects to increase revenue and improve profitability, leveraging data insights and market trends.
- Measure and report on initiative success, highlighting revenue and profitability improvements.
- Provide regular insights and reports to stakeholders as requested, stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with other P&L owners and peers to establish synergies and exchange insights.
- Participate in cross-team projects for revenue/cost optimization.
