Key Responsibilities- Technical Consulting: Provide technical consulting to customers and colleagues in the Account Management team, ensuring they have the necessary expertise to support our distribution products.
- Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for technical questions related to quotation preparation and 1st level technical customer support.
- Communication: Facilitate communication between HQ in China, EMEA Offices in the Nordics, and other EMEA Offices on product development, technical improvement, and product changes.
- Certification and Testing: Evaluate certification requirements and oversee test and certification processes to ensure our distribution products meet regulatory standards.
- Technical Documentation: Manage technical documentation for our distribution products, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date.
- Customer Visits: Conduct customer visits across the Nordics/EMEA region to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Market Benchmarking: Regularly benchmark our distribution products against the competition to ensure we remain competitive.
- Market Monitoring: Continuously monitor market developments to identify opportunities and challenges for our distribution products.
- Education: Completed studies in electrical engineering, electrical & electronic engineering, or a similar background.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the regenerative energy industry, preferably in a product management or technical role.
- Skills: Strong communication and commercial skills, ability to work independently and focused in a dynamic environment, passion for clean energy solutions, and excellent technical knowledge of electrical equipment.
- Language: Proficiency in English and local language at least C1 level.
