Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AdTech Consultant to lead our clients in leveraging the power of the Google Marketing Platform (GMP) and other cutting-edge solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and consulting of Google Marketing Platform and other AdTech solutions to clients.
- Integrate AdTech and data into pitches and proposals, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Maximize dentsu GMP licensing sales by highlighting client value and benefits.
- Handle GMP licensing and invoicing for clients, maintaining accurate records and providing excellent customer service.
- Monitor the AdTech landscape for thought leadership opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends, identifying areas for innovation and growth.
- Collaborate with the Trading Director on GMP volumes, costs, and certifications, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of junior team members, empowering them to succeed in their roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments, attending conferences, workshops, and other events to expand knowledge and expertise.
Requirements:
- Experience in consulting with senior client stakeholders, demonstrating value and trust-building through effective communication.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end business operations for individual clients, delivering service propositions effectively and meeting client needs.
- Minimum 5 years of AdTech experience, including consulting in Google Marketing Platform and staying up-to-date on industry developments.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve exceptional results.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients.
- Deep commercial knowledge and ownership of client relationships, driving growth and revenue.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts clearly and concisely.
About the Opportunity:
This is a full-time permanent employment opportunity with a 6-month probation period. The successful candidate will be based in our Stockholm office and will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals.
