The Role

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at the Calvin Klein Kungsbacka Outlet. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the store teams to generate sales, profit, and create the best possible customer experience.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead the store teams to achieve sales and profit goals
  2. Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve performance
  3. Maintain corporate visual merchandising directives and standards
  4. Work with the visual merchandising team to ensure clear communication and understanding
  5. Partner with store management to build on business opportunities and achieve company standards and objectives
  6. Focus staff on the importance of quality relationships with internal and external customers
  7. Complete daily/weekly store walkthroughs to evaluate product performance, pricing, staff service levels, and inventory levels
  8. Communicate with the Store Manager to discuss sales and issues, and develop strategies to maximize business
  9. Analyze store level reports and create action plans to improve results
  10. Assist with manpower planning, identification, recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes
  11. Work with the Store Manager to build bench strength for key positions
  12. Participate in weekly management meetings and staff meetings
  13. Clearly communicate to staff store and individual sales goals and key performance expectations
  14. Provide a great customer journey and achieve exemplary mystery shop results

You

  1. You connect with consumers and have a previous track record of supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand
  2. You have previous people management experience and act with purpose to resolve conflict and unproductive disagreements
