About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Advisor to join our team at the Ganni Stockholm flagship store. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, guiding and inspiring our clients, and working closely with the store team to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized styling sessions and ensure exceptional client experiences before, during, and after visiting the store.
  • Establish a loyal client base and foster the Ganni community through strategic client outreach and engagement.
  • Conduct in-store shopping events and drive business through your client database.
  • Maintain visual merchandising guidelines and standards, and ensure stock management is up-to-date.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in the service industry, with a passion for fashion and trends.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Swedish and/or English is an advantage.
