Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Performance Media Specialist who can drive customer acquisition and conversions through strategic paid media efforts.
This role requires a deep understanding of paid digital advertising and audience behavior across platforms.
You will work closely with our CRM specialist to leverage data-driven insights, ensuring our strategies are optimized for both acquisition and post-conversion engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign planning and execution: Develop and implement performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) with a focus on maximizing ROI.
- TikTok expertise: Create and execute paid advertising strategies on TikTok, tailored to our clients' target audiences.
- Data analysis: Analyze and report on key performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) to identify opportunities for optimization and scaling.
- Post-conversion analysis: Collaborate with the CRM Specialist to understand audience behavior after conversion and leverage insights to enhance future campaigns.
- Testing and optimization: Implement A/B testing and other experiments on creatives, audience segments, and ad formats to improve performance.
- Budget management: Monitor and optimize campaign budgets to ensure efficient spend while achieving growth goals.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (CRM, tech, content, and creative) as well as client stakeholders to align paid media campaigns with overall marketing goals.
- Trend monitoring: Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices, especially for TikTok and other emerging channels.
Requirements:
- Need to have: Proven experience in performance marketing, managing PPC campaigns, social ads, and paid media strategies.
- Need to have: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Need to have: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Nice to have: Demonstrated experience with TikTok as a paid advertising platform, with a keen understanding of its unique audience dynamics.
- Nice to have: Hands-on experience with post-conversion analysis and customer journey mapping, preferably in collaboration with CRM systems.
- Nice to have: Proficiency in using campaign management tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Braze, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
- Need to have: Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with excellent attention to detail.
- Need to have: A collaborative mindset with a desire to work cross-functionally with content, creative, and CRM teams.
