About the Opportunity

Hitachi Energy is seeking a skilled Tender and Sales Support Manager to join its Global Center of Competence for Power Quality in Sweden.

This central role involves translating customer needs and challenges into competitive and attractive offers, working closely with partners and other Hitachi Energy teams.

The successful candidate will support business development and sales by driving the Power Quality teams and sharing valuable knowledge with colleagues worldwide.

You will work on projects across various geographies, influencing where efforts are focused and driving impactful results.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead tender teams as a key figure, coaching and developing colleagues, and promoting know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.
  • Develop and drive tender strategies to achieve defined targets.
  • Oversee proposal preparation through internal and external resources.
  • Promote most competitive offers, considering market situations and customer conditions.
  • Validate terms and conditions (commercial, technical, legal, pricing) in each offer.
  • Assign and allocate internal and external resources for technical and commercial support and proposal preparation.
  • Support bid/no bid analyses and decisions, participate in project risk review processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales organizations during the sales phase, providing technical support and clarification as needed.
  • Ensure proposals adhere to relevant Hitachi Energy procedures, guidelines, and legal requirements.
