Sales Growth Strategist

PureBallast is a Ballast Water Treatment system that helps prevent the spread of invasive species by treating the water taken on board for stability. This system contributes to the protection of marine ecosystems.
This position participates in formulating and developing our PureBallast service strategies and tactics based on thorough customer insight and our business objectives.
The key responsibilities include:
- Supporting sales growth by development of new service offerings.
- Implementation and training for sales companies and customers regarding our Service.
- Driving sales tools implementation and development based on market needs and trends.
- Setting up and maintaining contracts together with internal stakeholders.
- Create business development plans based on the sales company strategy and targets.
You will be expected to travel 40 days per year. You have strong business acumen, track record from sales development and change management, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to recognize opportunities, and proven track record within the maritime industry and managerial roles.
