Job Description

As a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees across the EMEA region. This role requires a strong understanding of international payroll practices, compliance, and regulations specific to the EMEA region.

The successful candidate will oversee and manage the complete payroll processing for employees in multiple countries within the EMEA region, ensuring all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely. You will also maintain and update payroll records, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and labor laws, and collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accuracy in payroll calculations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the complete payroll processing for employees in multiple countries within the EMEA region.
  • Ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and labor laws.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accuracy in payroll calculations, including bonuses, commissions, and deductions.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries related to payroll.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports to management as required.
