Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute market-driven sales strategies for mobile cranes in Finland.
- Identify and cultivate new customers and market segments to drive business growth.
- Collect and analyze market data to inform sales and marketing initiatives.
- Organize marketing events to promote brand awareness and product visibility.
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers and collaborate with the R&D team on product innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, or engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in crane sales with strong technical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a willingness to travel regularly.
- Valid driving license required.
