Key Account Manager

Som Key Account Manager hos oss på Takkraft kommer du att spela en central roll i att bygga upp en ny avdelning inom organisationen med fokus på den kommersiella och offentliga sektorn. Du kommer att arbeta nära projektteamet, beräkningsavdelningen och andra delar av organisationen för att säkerställa framgång.
Uppdraget
I denna roll kommer du att hantera både korta och långa säljcykler, där du proaktivt bygger och upprätthåller långsiktiga kundrelationer samt driver försäljning. En betydande del av din arbetstid kommer att ägnas åt kundmöten, både via telefon och fysiskt. Det är därför viktigt att du alltid är redo att möta kundernas behov och att du är skicklig på uppföljning, återkoppling och kommunikation för att omvandla möjligheter till affärer.

- Större lantbruk
- Fastighetsbolag
- Bostadsrättsföreningar
- Offentliga upphandlingar
Vem är vår ideala kandidat?
Vi söker en Key Account Manager som kan bidra med högt driv och ett lösningsorienterat mindset i vår nyetablerade avdelning. Du behöver förstå verksamhetsstrategier och prioriteringar och kunna omsätta denna kunskap till konkreta affärer. Kort sagt handlar det om att kunna sätta sig in i olika företags verksamheter och identifiera hur vi kan samarbeta för ömsesidig framgång.
Kvalifikationer
Vi ser att du har:
- God kunskap om B2B-försäljning
- Minst 3 års erfarenhet av försäljning
- Förståelse av verksamheter och erfarenhet av kundmöten
- B-körkort
Meriterande
Erfarenhet av förhandlingsteknik, vidareutbildning inom försäljning samt god kommunikationsförmåga i både tal och skrift.
