Key Responsibilities- Lead the Supplier Assessment Process: You will be responsible for leading the supplier assessment process for new suppliers, ensuring that they meet our company's standards and requirements.
- Oversee Supplier Monitoring: You will oversee the monitoring of existing suppliers, focusing on risk and compliance, to ensure that they continue to meet our company's standards.
- Respond to Due Diligence Forms: You will respond to due diligence forms during the onboarding process, as needed, to ensure that all necessary information is collected and verified.
You will work closely with your team and other business units within Dustin AB to ensure that our supplier management program is aligned with our company's strategic goals and objectives.
Requirements- Curiosity and Drive: You are a curious and driven individual with a passion for supplier management and procurement.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and are able to effectively communicate with suppliers, stakeholders, and team members.
- Time Management and Organization: You have strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Office 365: You have proficiency in Office 365, including Excel and other relevant tools.
- Higher Knowledge in Excel and/or BI Reporting: You have higher knowledge in Excel and/or BI reporting, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions.
- Higher Degree in Procurement, Administration, Supply Chain, or Related Field: You have a higher degree in procurement, administration, supply chain, or a related field, with a strong understanding of procurement principles and practices.
- Proven Experience in Supplier Management Processes: You have proven experience in supplier management processes, with a strong understanding of supplier assessment, monitoring, and onboarding.
