Job Description

Västra Götalandsregionen is seeking a skilled HR Coordinator to join our team in Fastighet, stöd och service. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our HR team in various administrative tasks, including recruitment, training, and employee support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including creating job postings, managing candidate applications, and conducting interviews.
  • Administer and develop training programs, including creating training materials, scheduling training sessions, and evaluating training effectiveness.
  • Provide HR support to employees, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
