Head of Nordic Salesforce Business

We are looking for an experienced leader to take our Nordic Salesforce business to the next level as our Head of Nordic Salesforce Center of Excellence. As a highly skilled individual with a deep understanding of customer experience and sales transformation, you will play a critical role in shaping our Nordic Salesforce go-to-market strategy, building and maintaining CxO relationships, and developing winning proposals across our enterprise portfolio of clients.
About the RoleThe Head of Nordic Salesforce COE will be responsible for leading an expert Salesforce team, mentoring and inspiring consultants on the latest developments in the Salesforce market. You will also be the Nordic Business Units representative within our European and global Salesforce Center of Excellence leadership team.
- Business Growth: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for growth on Salesforce, ensuring effective collaboration across departments.
- Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-Suite executives, to drive business growth and partnerships.
- Capability Growth: Provide input to delivery practices capability plans on priority growth areas based on market trends.
- Team Leadership: Lead an expert Salesforce team, mentoring and inspiring consultants on the latest developments in the Salesforce market.
