About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Order Administrator to join our team and support our client Samsung. In this position, you will work closely with Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Sales, and our customers to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage short-term forecasts, orders, and price information for our customers, ensuring accurate and timely data exchange.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain Management to monitor supply situations and secure alignment between forecasts and orders in SAP and our GSCM system.
- Process extended warranties and licenses, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance.
- Provide weekly forecast updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with our team and customers, fostering a culture of trust and cooperation.
- Represent the company professionally, adhering to our values and standards.
- Deliver accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Drive process improvements with customers, enhancing order efficiency and customer satisfaction.
About You:

Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of Enterprise Portal experience, with a preference for SAP or other ERP systems.
- Process skills with a strong process approach, ensuring efficient and effective order processing.
Previous Work Experience:
- 1-2 years of related experience in order administration, sales planning, logistics, or supply chain management, with a focus on customer satisfaction and process improvement.
Required Language Skills:
- Fluency in English, with Swedish or another Nordic language being a valuable asset.
