The Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team at Huawei's Kista office. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for handling various HR tasks, including recruitment, internship management, and human resources management. This is a consultant position, and you will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional results.

Main Responsibilities

  • Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end HR process, including attracting talents through international competitions and related activities.
  • Internship Management: Manage the end-to-end HR process, ensuring a seamless experience for interns and employees alike.
  • Human Resources Management: Oversee employee incentives, benefits, and management of experts, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Chinese and English.
  • At least three years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive attitude in problem-solving and issue resolution.
  • Proven capability to operate effectively under stress, maintaining composure and professionalism in challenging situations.
