About the Role

The HR Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the entire employee lifecycle process for Osttra globally. This includes onboarding and offboarding, answering HR inquiries, and collaborating with the HR Business Partner across all regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding process, including background screening and introduction training.
  • Respond to and resolve HR inquiries from employees, stakeholders, and managers.
  • Assist the HR Business Partner in supporting employees and leaders across all regions.
  • Liaise with external and internal payroll providers.
  • Administer employee benefits and run HR data reports.
  • Support the Global Mobility team and Talent Acquisition team.
  • Cross-functionally collaborate with teams and stakeholders to ensure business needs are met.
  • Identify gaps and challenges, and bring insights and recommendations to improve HR processes and employee experience.
  • Support and coach managers on employee relations issues.
  • Participate in projects to improve processes.

Requirements:

  • Relevant academic background and/or experience in HR.
  • 2-4 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a global context.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive and adaptable team player who thrives in supporting the business.
  • Good problem-solving skills and project management capabilities.
  • Previous experience working with Workday and Google Workspace is a plus.
