Devoteam, a leading Google Cloud Partner in the Nordics, seeks a seasoned Sales Executive to expand its footprint across the region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  1. Hunting for New Business: Identify and acquire new customers with a focus on medium-sized businesses, generating leads and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  2. Driving Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets, exceeding customer expectations and contributing to Devoteam's continued success.
  3. Mastering the Sales Cycle: Own the entire sales process, from initial contact and needs analysis to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
  4. Collaborating with Experts: Work closely with our Google Cloud Platform & DevOps, Cloud and Managed Services teams, leveraging their expertise to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  5. Building Long-Term Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to expand our services and ensure their ongoing success with Google Cloud.
  6. Staying Ahead of the Curve: Maintain a deep understanding of the evolving Google Cloud ecosystem, including new products, services, and market trends.

Territory:

  1. You'll be assigned named enterprise accounts within clearly defined and protected territories across the Nordic region.
  2. Focus industries include Manufacturing, Retail, and Financial Services, with opportunities to expand into other sectors.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven Hunter: Demonstrated success in acquiring new customers and closing deals in the IT project business, with a focus on Google Cloud technologies.
  2. Solution-Oriented Mindset: Ability to understand client challenges and translate them into effective Google Cloud solutions.
  3. Strong Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate the value proposition of Google Cloud to C-level executives.
  4. Relationship Builder: A natural networker who can build rapport and establish trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
  5. Results-Driven: Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
  6. Fluent in English: Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential. Fluency in a Nordic language is a plus.
