Vår sökning gäller en erfaren och affärsdriven Shopper Insight Manager som vill vara med och forma vår kundbjudande genom att leverera och agera på skarpa analyser och insikter. Uppdraget

Vi söker dig som har förmågan att analysera och sammanställa komplexa data från olika källor, samtidigt som du ser helheten och förstår komplexa sammanhang. Du kommer att definiera, sammanställa, analysera och följa relevanta data, identifiera mönster och trender från Nielsendata, POS-data samt andra datakällor.

Du kommer att initiera och stödja kategoriarbetet genom shopperanalyser och relevanta kundinsikter. Du kommer att arbeta tätt tillsammans med dina kollegor inom sälj och marknad för att på bästa sätt driva Polfärskt framåt.

Om Dig

Vi söker dig som har mångårig erfarenhet som exempelvis shopperanalytiker, affärsdriven controller, produkt- och kategorichef, Catman, eller liknande - gärna inom dagligvaruhandel, retail eller liknande branscher. Du har bred erfarenhet av att arbeta med shopperinsikter och relaterade områden, inklusive marknadsundersökningar, metoder och analyser.

Du har erfarenhet av att bygga och optimera strukturer och processer för ett effektivt kategoriarbete. Du är van användare av Microsoft Office och har förmågan att leverera konkreta resultat genom målinriktat och självständigt arbete.

Om Polfärskt

Polfärskt Bröd är en rikstäckande distributör av bröd och kakor till dagligvaruhandeln. Företaget omsätter ca 3 miljarder kronor och säljer och levererar några av marknadens starkaste varumärken inom matbröd, Polarbröd, Korvbrödsbagarn, Fazer och Skogaholm. Polfärskt säljer även bröd från Hatting och Brödverket samt kaffebröd från Gille och Hägges. 51 % av Polfärskt Bröd AB ägs av Polarbröd AB. Resten ägs av de regionala och egenägda Polfärsktföretagen som står för distribution, försäljning och lokal service.
