About the Role:
We are looking for a Digital Transformation Leader to join our team as a ServiceNow Technical Solutions Architect. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for our clients.
Job Overview:
As a ServiceNow Technical Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions based on business and technical requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement ServiceNow architecture solutions based on business and technical requirements.
- Lead the development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, etc.).
- Provide technical leadership and best practices for ServiceNow development and integrations.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Oversee ServiceNow upgrades, migrations, and instance management to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business analysts.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance frameworks.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to ServiceNow developers and junior team members.
- Conduct technical workshops and presentations for stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, architecture, and implementation.
- Proven expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), UI policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Workflows.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow data models, CMDB, and service catalogs.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, OAuth, LDAP, SSO, etc.).
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ATF, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Experience in ServiceNow instance management, upgrades, and performance optimization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex ServiceNow issues.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is a plus.
