- Övergripande ansvar för kategoriportföljen i alla kanaler

- Äga P&L för kategorin
- Minst 3-5 års erfarenhet av att äga och utveckla kategoristrategier som svarar mot konsumentbehov
- Minst 3-5 års erfarenhet av att jobba som kategorichef (eller motsvarande) inom FMCG
- Ytterst ägandeskap för P&L och budgetansvar
- God erfarenhet av att leda tvärfunktionella team i olika projekt och navigera i en matrisorganisation
- God erfarenhet av säljstrategier och olika kunder (Retail, Out of Home, PL, Export)
- God kommunikationsförmåga på svenska och engelska
- Akademisk examen eller annan relevant eftergymnasial utbildning
