Responsibilities
  1. Create and manage long-term forecasting and capacity plans to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  2. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for automation.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, finance, and recruitment, to drive business outcomes.
  4. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize resource allocation, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience in workforce management, analytics, and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
