Your RoleAs an Account Executive, you will be part of our existing DACH sales team, working closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success. Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Generate new sales and business to meet your monthly quota
- Be responsible for the whole sales cycle from Prospecting to booking and conducting meetings, negotiation to closing
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and using other social networks such as LinkedIn
- Develop and maintain both product and industry knowledge
- Co-develop the Go-to-market strategy for the DACH markets
We offer a fixed salary and a very generous commission model with no caps that reward people who are motivated and perform well. We value your personality and passion, and are looking for someone who is fluent in both English and German, has previous experience in B2B sales (with SaaS/HR platforms is a plus), and is familiar and comfortable with outbound sales.
