About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Intelligence Developer to join our Business Planning & Analysis team at our headquarters in Lund. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our group's financial planning process and developing capabilities for planning, reporting, and analysis using our BI-systems Anaplan and Qlik Sense.

Key Responsibilities

As a Finance Business Intelligence Developer, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Model Development and Maintenance: Design, build, and maintain Anaplan models to support business planning and forecasting, develop complex formulas, calculations, and workflows within Anaplan.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Anaplan solutions, provide training and support end-users to ensure effective use of Anaplan solutions, facilitate workshops and meetings to capture feedback and drive continuous improvement.
  • Data Integration: Manage data imports, transformations, and exports within Anaplan.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Document model structures, processes, and methodologies, generate reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with Anaplan best practice and new features, identify opportunities for process optimization and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A B.S. Degree in Business Administration or another relevant field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in building and managing Anaplan models or solutions in a similar FP&A tool.
  • Strong understanding of data integration techniques and ETL processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.
  • Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
