About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analysis Manager to join our global team at Tetra Pak. As a key member of our Facility & Real Estate Management (FREM) organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Intelligence System Management: Implement and maintain a business intelligence system and dashboard reports to provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Consolidate quarterly financial reports and data, providing comments on global deviations and business insights. Follow up on agreed actions until full implementation.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Coordinate the budget, forecast, and 3YP processes, including all FREM-related financial and non-financial KPIs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between FREM, Finance, and external collaborators to anchor appropriate actions and drive business outcomes.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Follow up on the implementation of Tetra Pak reporting policies, FRM, and FREM reporting guidelines within the geography.
  • Business Partnering: Perform effective business partnering by supporting the FREM team in their daily operations and decision-making processes.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in finance and business analysis. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience working in finance, with international experience in global/regional roles being a great asset.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent, with a master's degree being considered a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
  • Dynamic and interactive skills to engage with multiple stakeholders and external partners.
  • High level of drive, initiative, and business understanding, with the ability to turn insights into clear recommendations.
  • Great presentation skills and ability to clearly communicate with all levels within the organization.
  • Strong team player with conflict management skills.
  • Focused on performance, organized, and able to deliver accurate and timely results.
