Energy Division Business Controller

We are seeking a seasoned business controller professional to join our Energy Division as a Vice President Business Control. This is an exciting opportunity to drive our strategy, business performance follow-up, and improvements from a financial perspective.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the definition and implementation of the strategy in the Division by translating strategy into business plans and assist in the establishment of measurable targets and KPI's to ensure targets are met.
- Evaluate financial implications of various strategic decisions, builds scenarios, and recommend actions.
- Promote initiatives to achieve growth and cost savings as well as strengthen responsiveness to customers.
- Ensure accuracy of financial information used in the Division to support the improvement of both commercial and operational related processes.
- Drive improvement of financial analysis, planning, and reporting processes in the Division.
- Provide analysis support to assess business risk exposure and provide input to define risk mitigation strategies to reduce impact on business performance. Identify and manage potential risks relating to contract agreements.
- Being a business partner working with other functions in the organization to drive business improvements and change – part of both tactical and strategic decisions in our Divisional management team.
- Direct and functional leadership of the team of business controllers.
We believe you are a seasoned business controller professional with the capability to work in the unknown and communicate it in a clear and structured way. You have several years of relevant experience linked to business controlling and in an international setting. Additionally, you have experience from a matrix organization and an understanding of how to manage change and drive process improvements across various business areas.
You have a graduate degree in finance, business or alike. Besides working experience, we believe that you are passionate about sustainability and like to constantly grow your knowledge. Excellent communication skills, and fluent written and spoken English is a requirement.
