Responsibilities
- Audit Planning and Execution
Develop and implement an audit plan to ensure comprehensive coverage of all quality-related processes and procedures.
Plan and conduct audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Certification Body Audit FindingsRespond to certification body audit findings and develop corrective actions to address any non-conformities.
Liaise with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective actions and monitor their effectiveness.
Document ControlMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality documents.
Control access to sensitive quality information.
Training and DevelopmentDevelop and deliver training programs to ensure employees understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining compliance.
Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to improve their skills and knowledge.
